Cancellations
At Holistic Haven, I ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. This ensures I can accommodate another guest who may be on my waitlist for an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the services that were booked.
Late Policy
If running late, please reach out to me either via phone call or text. I will always try my hardest to accommodate you. We may need to adjust your appointment based on how late, for example skip the blowdry ect.
If it has been 20 mins, and I have not heard from you (even after I have tried to contact you), I will assume you are not coming and the cancellation fee above will be implemented.
